Took over a month of several calls and a task to complete. At the end they decided not to hire at all and eliminated position. Wasted time. Encouraged to apply to other positions which I did but they declined again. The task was confusing as HR asked to write a monetization plan for B2C and mention completely different company. But the hiring manager pointed out that it was supposed for b2b and didn’t explain how Tempest is related to this other company mentioned in the task.
