One round on campus interview and the question is really hard about a system implementation. Four rounds onsite interview, with technical questions including algorithm, system design and OO design. The interview process is intense, but very interesting. Everyone here is so polite and kind to talk with, and the question is basically based on your resume and project, so my suggestion is digging deeper in your project.

I talked with the recruiter in the university career fair and interviewed with the senior engineer on campus. But I finally get rejected because the position is not open to students graduating this year. The overall hiring process was good and the engineers were professional. The HR was very nice and gave me good suggestions in my job search.
