Talview people are extremely useless. Please consider giving an interview with them if and only if you want to waste your time. They will take down all the details first and promise you they can pay u(false promises as they can't afford skilled people). They will ask you to develop a full-fledged application. And take 4-5 rounds. After 50 calls, 5 interviews and a lot of time wastage, they say they can't pay you that much. This shows how USELESS the HRs and the management is.
