Has a few questions to answer via email: salary expectations, what do you know about the company, can you work the stated hours...got another email requesting availability for phone interview.. Very brief, about 5 mins. Scheduled onsite. Had two panel interview on the same day which was kind of strange but not stressful. Staff was very pleasant. Got email from recruiter requesting copies of my W2 for final interview step. Thus, I've never heard of and really didn't like. It has the potential to work against you in an economy where people have lost jobs and are starting over. It also doesn't give you any leverage for salary negotiations.
