The interview process started with a machine coding round of 2 hours. First of all, Noone was there to explain the problem, It just giving on a piece of paper. In that too the problem statement seem explain nothing about how to excute or what tech stack or anything needs to be use. After completing the machine coding round is the code review round, which you have to explain what you did and how you did it. The next round was DS and algorithms inn javascript, which i fairly executed. But the interviewers were looking extremely disinterested. Going through the process of explaining the how the UI works on browsers and other related question, i noticed a poker face with no counter questions or anything and just noding heads. I was later told by the HR that they are not going ahead any further to which i asked gently for a feedback and what went wrong. The interview clearly denied to give any feedback to the HR to communicate to me. This was my boiling point. As an interviewee we take a day off from work, spend hours brain storming the assignments , at-least we deserve an explanation on why we were rejected. I would never want to work in such an environment. Extremely bad experience.
