I was disappointed in the Grammarly interview process. The hiring manager referred me to interview for the position. I met with the recruiter, who then approved my moving on to the next interview phase with the hiring manager. They booked an interview on my calendar and then cancelled it the next day due to a 'misunderstanding' with the hiring manager's schedule. Then, the recruiter went dark. I reached out via email and then left a voicemail another day. Finally, the recruiter got back to me and said they would reschedule the interview. They did, and I spent a good deal of effort preparing for the interview. Then, a day before the interview, they canceled it because they hired all three positions they had open. They had this all in motion and failed to communicate anything about it. It is shameful to treat job candidates like this, especially those enthusiastic about working for Grammarly.

Solid interview process, quick communication from recruiters, good pace throughout. Very typical flow, similar to any tech company interview but I liked all of the resources Grammarly shared and it seemed that they went out of their way to take care of candidates in their pipeline. Was not a good fit for me but decent interview experience overall.
