There was an initial video interview, during which they asked your background and salary expectations. Then a timed 5-hour assessment where you wrote a 1500-word article on a topic that you are presented with at the beginning of the task.

The process was took a couple of weeks but was very straightforward. First, I was invited to a 30min video interview to learn a little more about the company and see if I would be a good fit. Next, they invited me to the next part of the process which consisted of a 5-hour writing assessment (they give you the topic depending on your subject area). After two weeks, I heard back from them with a job offer.
