the first interview was a phone interview with the HR person. he asked a bunch of situational questions and a bunch of personality questions. some were straight forward and would ask you to rank yourself on a scale of 1 to 10. other questions gave you two options to choose from (ex: would you rather learn a lot about a little or a little about a lot). it was just a bunch of rapid fire questions with no real feedback.

It went smoothly for the most part, especially because they employ a bot to schedule calls. However, I had been ghosted for more than a month after the last round of the interview, after multiple follow-up emails and calls to the HR personnel. I withdrew my application at the one-month mark, but they also do not react to it at all. They are responsive until you are not chosen.

Long process with 4 different interviews consisting of meeting 3 different managers over 3 different locations, FL, AZ, Mexico. First interview with corporate recruiter unrelated to any of the job functions/sites. Second with hiring manager. Third with a secondary manager tied to the project the hire would be working on, but at a secondary offsite location.

30 minute screening with recruiter
45 minute interview with hiring manager within a couple weeks
Gallup strength assessment (online)
Final round interviews: Four back to back 30 minute interviews via teams
