First was a phone interview with the recruiter.
Next was a technical aptitude test remotely.
Lastly, they flew me to the office in SF for a multi-part in-person interview.
The process was overall not so intense, but the in-person interview leaves a lot of room for interpretation and your part. This is intentional.
