Got through CV application, pymetrics assessment then video interview, (all AI reviewed I believe). Pymetrics assessment involve playing multiple games, making behavioural choices based on work scenarios etc. Received rejection email after 2 months, saying that the role has been filled.

Lots of psychometric tests till you reach the actual interview round, at least 3. Usually get the results back within a day for each tests which takes around 45 mins each to do

Online process gets convoluted, evaluations are pretty standard, phone and interview stage are pretty alright, standard all around for banks a a a a a b s a a a a
