It was an easy phone interview asking for my expeirence, career history, my skills and some problem soving questions that aims to understand my problem solving skills in some situations that relates to the job function skills needed. Also there were some questions like what do you think you need to learn in the next five years and whats my achievments in my current job. Then she asked me about my current package and the notice period.
