Personality Test - 5 selections.
Numerical Test + IQ test - I've heard that it is different this year.
Video interview (around 9 questions) - 2 mins for each question. 1 min to prepare.
HR interview - general questions.
Senior manager Interview - more specific questions. He cared about my personality more than my technical ability.
Department Head Interview - asked very specific question out of no where. Be ready to lie.
It took me 6 months.
