The process was standard. You have to pass the situational-personality test first. Once you pass the test, you will move to the next phase - logical and math tests plus hirevue video. Then if you pass all the tests, you will go through multiple rounds of managers interviews. Lastly, you just wait to know whether you got the offer.

It all started with a behavioural test,then we had a logical and numerical reasoning test. Before the interviews started. We had a phone interview, then 1st business interview with a panel and then final business interview with the Head of the business.
1st round HR interview - straight-fwd interview with behavioral questions, why the bank
2nd round business interview - 1:1 interview with business manager with behavioral questions
3rd round business interview - 1:1 interview with another business manager with behavioral quetsions
