you have to pass online tests including strength/numerical/logical reasoning tests. After passing these, you will be invited to video interview; it does not take a lot of time up to this point, yet it is taking a bit till the HR contacts you. I am in the middle of the process, waiting for HR's contact. for the video interview, you the questions are mostly based on STAR approach, so you should be prepared for telling about your story.

It all started with a behavioural test,then we had a logical and numerical reasoning test. Before the interviews started. We had a phone interview, then 1st business interview with a panel and then final business interview with the Head of the business.
1st round HR interview - straight-fwd interview with behavioral questions, why the bank
2nd round business interview - 1:1 interview with business manager with behavioral questions
3rd round business interview - 1:1 interview with another business manager with behavioral quetsions
