I waisted 7h of my life in 7 Interviews with the result of getting a super generic response that my recruiter got very good feedback from all my interviews but they still decline me.
At the beginning it sounded pretty cool and I got my first interview invitation just the day after I send my CV. Also for all the other interviews I got the invitation just an hour later. But after the final interview I did not hear back from them. I'm pretty sure if I would not have asked, they would have never informed me about the decision.
What is really bad in their recruiting process is that in case you did great interviews but were declined for this specific position, they won't offer you another one. You'll need to go through the whole process again.
One guy I interviewed with said he needs to do two interviews a week... and probably most of them are a waist of time for both sides.
In each interview is also one lead and one person shadowing. This basically means that the other person will be completely distracted working on other things at the side and not listening. From all those interviews there also was just a single one were they asked me questions about my character. So seems like technical experience is way, way more important than a great personality or cultural fit.
