Pretty negative experience overall - they dragged the entire process out for 2 months from the initial phone screening to the final answer. The recruiter kept providing updates that the team would have their final decision the following week, only for her to ghost me the entire week and get back to me 2 weeks later telling me they needed more time. I didn't get an offer in the end and when I reached out for feedback, the recruiter never responded, which I feel is very unfair considering how much time I invested into the process (also included a case study) - they could have at least provided feedback.
