The recruiter and interviewers were usually late to our scheduled calls. My first interviewer was late, they rushed the interview and didn't give me time to share the two case studies the recruiter asked me to prepare. They were also pretty cold through out the interview, which felt unnecessary. The recruiter was at least 15 minutes late to our last call, and they didn't apologize or acknowledge it. The recruiter also referred to their product teams as "tribes" which isn't appropriate for 2021. Overall, the experience wasn't great. There were too many red flags in the interview process for me.
