Applied online. Received an email 2 weeks later to schedule a phone screen. Recruiter did not call at the scheduled time. Recruiter emailed over an hour later apologizing and then called immediately. Recruiter informed me that I would hear back the following Monday or Tuesday from someone in engineering for a coding session. Recruiter emailed me the following Thursday saying that they were moving forward with another candidate, with no explanation given.
