Initial 30 min screening call with recruiter. This was just to ensure the role was a good fit for both parties.
This was followed up by a 1.5 hour technical video interview. The format was some questions on experience, a few “trivia” questions and two live coding exercises.
The final step was a trip to Stockholm for four further interviews: system design, live coding, culture and problem solving/algorithms.
The whole process was enjoyable. I was treated very well and made to feel at ease throughout. Everyone was very friendly and the office environment was really impressive.

First the screening to evaluate if you are a good fit, Then a technical interview to see if you are good enough to continue, Then final rounds of interview, four stages on domain, programming, design and culture. Definitely they care a lot about culture, soft engineering skills and your potential more than a tiny technical knowledge about the role. Nothing you can do particularly to practice. On the technical side, the questions are rather easy-medium, so you don't need to crack the cracking the coding interview books or spend days on leetcode, implement b+ trees etc. Be yourself and communicate well.

Phone Screen with Recruiter ii. 75 Min Technical Screen via CoderPad iii. 5 Hour Onsite (Programming, Web Domain, Values, System Design ) The interviewers were kind and the questions asked were not difficult. I wasn't given any LC style questions on any of the interviews, expect more practical everyday coding problems.
