Had a phone interview with the recruiter which went well. She was concerned if I would be taking anything else in the next few days as she mentioned they were very interested. The interview processed took a little over two months and it seemed that they were very unorganized.

I had a quick phone call with a recruiter who seemed to have a lot going on at the time. Following our conversation her assistant connected me with the hiring manager. We had a great conversation but I didn't hear back for nearly 3 weeks and received a generic email stating they had decided to go with another applicant. Interview was straightforward but didn't seem like the manager was interested in teaching, she was looking for someone with a specific skillset even though none of them were listed on the application.
