Took a week and a half to let me know i had passed on to the final 2 interviews. Hiring manager interview was the basic interview. motivational, behavioural and competency questions. Question about usage of AI too. Discipline interview was a presentation. Idk if this is the same for all teams but since i was applying to marketing/customer success/editorial, they asked me to present something based on one of the two questions they had emailed to me prior. this interview was with 2 senior managers, with some follow-up competency questions. Both of these lasted 45 mins. Got the offer a week after.
