The first stage is a virtual job interview which involves recording your answers to previously recorded questions with a camera. You have three attempts at each answer. One of the last questions was a programming task to write in the built-in IDE and in the last question you had to describe how you came to the solution.

It was ok, but I didn't really enjoy the lack of free lunch and free items at the lobby. The receptionist didn't seem friendly. At least the interview was easy.
