Really awful communication. Took 1 month to schedule the phone screen (the recruiter no showed and didn’t respond afterwards for several days), then they asked for my availability for the second stage interview which I had to provide 3 times over the course of 1.5 months with once again, little to no response all throughout. The team needed continuous nudging to push the process along and give candidates in the pipeline an update. After 6 weeks of being led on, I reached out one last time as they had promised someone would follow up to schedule my second interview and was told the role has been filled. Truly disappointing interview experience.

There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then a phone screen with the hiring manager, then a chronological interview, and a final presentation. Throughout it, my recruiter was very transparent and helpful about what to expect next in the process.
