Interview process includes, HR round + 3 rounds. After HR it's Peer Sr. Manager Round, followed by an interview by a Director and final interivew by a MD. Usually the enter process should take within 2 weeks from initial HR round. Overall, I had a great interviewing experience with Simplus.
