The first stage was a half hour phone interview. I was asked some basic SQL questions and he told me about the company and the specific role.
The second stage was a video interview with two team members. In that interview they showed me SQL queries and I had to tell them what will be the outcome (difficulty rising every query).
The third stage was a very long home test. I received data and needed to write SQL queries as asked in the instructions and after that use those queries to build a dashboard in Tableau.
After the interview I didn't receive any feedback. After two weeks I mailed the recruiter, she apologized for the delay and said that she will call me on the next day (that did not happen). Only 17 days after I completed the test I got some feedback about it.
I find the process and hiring team to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
