The process took two weeks from start to finish. Started with a phone screening interview, followed by a group panel interview, and then a writing challenge. The HR person is extremely friendly and the group panel were all very nice and high energy. It was a pleasure speaking to all of them. The writing challenge was to outline and provide SEO guidelines for a blog on their website. The goal was not to write a full blog, but to do the outline and backend work.
