The process had it's ups and downs. Most people I engaged with were great and interesting people (people you'd be happy to work with). There was one or two that came off a bit pretentious and condescending though it seemed like more of an interview tactic than anything. The process itself was unnecessarily drawn out (~3 months from Life Story to Final Interview) and it was very clear that the interview panel that was interviewing me were not aligned as a group. They would ask question that were repeated or had absolutely nothing to do with the role at all (assuming they thought the scope of the role wasn't the scope communicated to me). Overall a clunky experience. I expected something a bit more buttoned up from a company of their size.
