The interview was tough, be prepared to talk about your work experiences in detail as most of the interview questions were based on my previous jobs. However, The interviewer was lovely and tried to keep the interview style informal. I think the interviewer asks questions based on which direction you lead the interview in, so if I would bring up education she would ask questions about that and if I would talk about a certain job she would get into detail about that job, so focus on where you are leading the interviewer.

First was an online application with preliminary questions. Then there was a recorded interview using voice recognition software instead of video review. Then a one on one interview, then a technical interview.
