The interview process was quick and straightforward. It started with the infamous Life Story interview. There's actually quite a bit you could talk about in an hour, my advice is to hone in on 3 key experiences and qualities about yourself to highlight. Then I was given a short content strategy exercise. My final round interview consisted of presenting my exercise to two content strategists, talking to the lead designer of the team, and working through the problem with a potential mentor. Overall, my interviewers were friendly and my recruiter was really transparent about the timeline.
