I was invited for the famous Life Story interview. It was pretty much informal, I would even say, too informal. On the one side, it had no usual "how do you see yourself in the 5 years" questions. On the other side, there were almost no questions. A guy who conducted interview did not seem interested and almost did not asked questions. Looks like he has no idea of your resume or how you did with the store. Seating his back to the window in the way that light provided too much contrast for the camera so you cannot catch his face expression, being too informal, putting his knees and feet literally in front of the camera - a bit bossy and unexpected. It lasted around 30 minutes. It's a lil bit frustrating to be interviewed by a person whose face express almost nothin or "omg, another attempt". Probably, tough morning. Just to let you know two things about the hiring process: 1) Life story interview hiring managers are mostly ex-gurus, they are not HR managers, perhaps, they had some training, but most probably, they don't have any skills or education in psychology or similar, they judge the candidates from their own perspective 2) there are hundreds of gurus, and they make the majority of staff, and the turnover is pretty big.

The first Interview was on phone interview. I did not pass through to next stage of the process, which was an online test. After that would be another formal interview.
