Firstly it was an HR interview, followed by an online assessment and then there will be 3 rounds of interview. First with the Team lead, then the head of department followed by the director.

If you were tasked to find the reason for the declining retention rate. what would you do.
very straight forward and very fast. also the interviewer also response very quick. no negociation on company side. but i think the salary is reasonable compare with my experience. thats all i guess

HR was friendly and pleasant throughout the interview process, and the hiring manager was very sincere. The entire process was quite fast with time between each interview round being around 3-5 days.
