Went through the interview and the HR seem to not be able to answer the more technical questions. Got declined for the position, then got re-approached by another HR a week after the rejection for the same position (then get re-rejected again after the interview).

Why did you apply to Shopee, what did you know about Shopee products.
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.

There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
