The interview is done in three stages, including a role play at the final stage. Decision is given up to a week later. Management conduct the interviews and they’re lovely. Really put me at ease and i didn’t feel stressed or pressured.

It was a pretty short interview process. they mainly asked strength based questions, the interviewer was nice and helped every step along the way. You then proceed to a three hour long assessment.

All good and prof essional. Would rec ommend this employer. Two interv iews follo wed by a final call with the manager. Every one was very friendly and supp ortive.
