In case of availability, initiate telephonic interview, telephonic technical interview, then webex kind of 1:1 interview for groupt/panel interview and HR interview for final offer.

was greeted by head of different department, then I met HR and my manager with whom I discussed the job. interview went smoothly. basically my manager was interested how I would fit in job position
The interview process was as if I was interviewing for an academic job at a university. Everyone was friendly and had there phds. Just be prepared to speak to your experience well and why you want to work there
Three rounds of interview, two with principal components across the Asia Pacific and one with the hiring manager. Question goes deep into details regarding responsibility and also client facing behavior.
