You can tell the level of professionalism at SABIC is very high and the leadership is very competent, engaged and committed to the success of the organization. During my interview experience, I had a combination of in-person discussions and phone conferences for those not based in Pittsfield. The questions asked were fair, concise and behavorial.

I applied online. About 2 weeks later I had an initial 30-minute phone screen with a SABIC recruiter. That was followed a few weeks later by an on-site with several members of the team. Over a month later, I hadn't heard anything so I followed up and was invited to meet on-site with director. Several more weeks followed before they asked me to meet with HR again to continue the discussion. Then -- several more weeks of no communication, no follow-up.

Tell us about your experience working with manufacturing employees. Tell us about your employee relations experience. Please share the reason for previous job changes. How do you feel about possibly working for the Saudis?

Applied online; received an email requesting additional information to support my credentials. The emailed document contained a detailed questionnaire. I submitted the document and was contacted 1 week later for a phone interview with a Corporate Recruiter. The interview went well. Concluding, the Recruiter stated that she would follow up with me regarding next steps within a couple of days.
It is now over 1 month later and I have not heard back from SABIC. No rejection email, etc.
