There were 4 stages of interviews It was kind of intense and detailed. It was enjoyable though. I think they did a good job being thorough, good job to their HR team.

After applying through an online job board, I followed up with the individual who appeared to be the final decision maker. He returned my note within the week, and we set up an interview. The process consisted of three steps over the course of 6 weeks. - Step one: phone interview with my prospective direct report. Approximately 45 minutes, consisting of a review of my resume, technical questions and Q&A. - Step two: an in-person with the direct report and division head. In part a repeat of the initial interview, but many culture-fit type of questions mixed in. Also tilted much heavier toward Q&A/conversational. - Step three - an in-person with the company CEO, approximately 30 minutes. The first 10 minutes were high level questions from him (why ROKT, what are your career goals, etc...), the last 20 minutes were spent answering my questions and ensuring we were a mutual culture fit. Overall, very professional and efficient. Moved fairly quickly and gave honest feedback. Conversational and cared about not only about results, about also about what I was looking for in my next opportunity. Transparent and honest about where they are at as a company and what they need in this hire.
