The interview process was average in difficulty but long. I had 4 30 minute - 45 minute interviews back to back. There are pros and cons to this. I appreciate that I got to know so many members of the team and that each person was very happy to talk through the position in detail. The process gave me a good understanding of the position and I left it feeling confident about the type of team I would be joining and job I would be taking on. That being said, it was time consuming and tiring. Many questions were asked by all interviewers and it was a little frustrating needing to repeat myself so many times.
