First they ask for you to take a technical test, then they arrange an interview where your technical knowledge is tested and then the final interview where they ask too many questions related to teamwork and motivation.
there was an online accounting test that was followed by an interview with HR , chief accountant and team leaders. Basic HR questions plus accounting plenty of accounting related quick questions
They take a Technical Test, Technical Interview and a final interview. Its a long hiring process however I realised too many non-technical subjective questions are asked. My non-technical interview went longer than the scheduled time.
