I received an email from hiring manager to arrange a phone interview. He explained the hiring process and asked about my current job and experiences. 4-5 days later HR called me and asked the routine questions. A week later they schedules an intense video interview which lasted 3 hours. The last step was to fly me to AZ for onsite interview which was short and sweet!

The first interview was a video assessment. The second interview was with the lead manager, who was very nice and caring. The process felt open and thoughtful, with an emphasis on ensuring a good match for both sides. Process took very long (+5 months).

Technical and psychological questions answered following the STAR method (explain me a time when...).
I usually always includes HR screening, panel interviews (two to four) and a seminar to the department on top of meeting with the hiring manager. The porcess can easily last 3 months.

I completed a phone interview following the initial screening call, but both interviewers asked very similar questions throughout the conversation, so I honestly could not tell which person was actually the hiring manager during the interviews.
