Ich hatte ein Panel-Interview (6 Personen) mit dem Team. Sie sind sehr freundlich. Ich war von der sehr lockeren Roche-Kultur ziemlich überrascht. Die Personalabteilung ist sehr professionell und hat mich mit allen relevanten Informationen über den Rekrutierungsprozess, Roche-Leistungen und das Leben in der Schweiz versorgt.
Ghosted after the final round - no response even after following up multiple times. Especially since I made it out to their office which is 2 hours away from where I live. Not good.

Long, slow, not very descriptive of the real tasks. The actual job was very different with no credit for keeping the team happy and growing professionally. They just wanted google sheets to be filled and focused performance reviews on this

It was a horrible experience. If the leaders of an organisation are so self consumed, good luck with the future of this company. Kuddos to those who achieved a position but they forget to respect diversity and differences.
