Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr stressig aufgebaut. Die HR Mitarbeiterin hat häufig negativ behaftete Stress Fragen gestellt. Zunächst wurden psychologische Fragen gestellt, anschliessend technische Fragen. Das Gespräch ging insgesamt über eine Stunde.

Fairly easy first interview with the manager, asked about the resume, previous experience. Be sure to expand on how previous experience relates to the job responsibilities. 2 interview with technical team

-Behavioral questions related to interpersonal collaboration

Applied online. Received a phone interview in like two weeks. No other rounds, just one phone interview. It was mostly generic with some technical questions. Received the offer letter in 3 weeks. The background check took like a month, and they asked for a lot of supplementary documents.
