Joined up and overkill. I was an expensive candidate and over experienced for the role. I wanted to pull out of the interview process but Talent Acquisition wouldn’t divulge the salary band nor the level within the firm. Insisted I appear for an interview. Inspite of a good interview I was turned down as I shot their budget and gave me a lame response in feedback. ‘I did come across as commercial’ when I have done else but being a salesman for past 20 years
