I had to complete programming tasks in R and Python, including the development of SDTM and ADaM datasets. I had to record a video interview answering 6 questions (motivation & behavioural questions). I was then invited to a 45-minute panel interview the following week with four senior team members.

2-3 weeks after application deadline, received technical assessment + video interview (2 weeks to complete). Around a week after the deadline, received invitation for panel interview. Questions were behavioural and technical.

Entrevista
First step in the process was a one-way video interview focusing on behavioural questions and a coding assessment focusing on SDTM and ADaM datasets.
The second step in the process was a panel interview with the team. They asked mostly behavioural questions, and some communications based questions.
The whole process took about 2 months. They did not follow-up after the interview, and did not send a rejection.
