This was a pretty quick process over the span of 2 weeks. Had one interview with the group the position was with and then a follow up with the head of manufacturing. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
In person panel interview. Everyone was friendly. I was given a lab tour of their facilities and new upcoming technologies. Everyone was dressed as business causal and had a general interest in my academic work.
