Interview consisted of two leetcode style questions and two "games" that tested problem solving and optimization. Coding questions were of medium/hard difficulty. The games were difficult as the instructions given were terrible and unintuitive.
Got referred by a former colleague who now works at Roblox. The interview kicked off with a technical screen that included a coding question on serializing and deserializing a binary tree. I was pleasantly surprised when, during my prep, I stumbled on a mock scenario on prachub.com that matched this question point for point. Following that, I had a system design round and a behavioral interview, both of which went well. Overall, I found the process challenging yet rewarding, and I ended up accepting their offer.
Way too many steps. Who has the time to play all their games? Coding and game challenge before even being considered for an interview. Takes a few hours at least.
