It was a Skype interview and the hiring manger was on time. He asked the usual questions like "tell me about yourself", "what sort of challenges you face at work and how do you solve them?". The JD was explained clearly as well.

The interviewer came unprepared and he was late to join the call. He had some questions to ask but never bothered to explain about the role (KPI, etc. in detail). Throughout the interview I wondered if he was even paying attention to what I was saying, because there has been moments where I had to repeat myself. The job description mentioned so much more than just covering news but the interviewer didn't talk much about those. Seems like he only wants to know if you can cover news or not. Also, there is no writing test prior to or after the interview. Hiring process is very very slow. Very unprofessional of the HR to only get back after 2 weeks to let me know that they will not take my application to the next stage. Advise: Do better! Your employee reviews are very reflective of your culture. In my case, it is quite evident in the hiring process itself. If you can't even handle prospective workers properly, I wonder how you're treating your current employees.
