I recently interviewed at Rightmove, and I must say the process was smooth and well-structured. It started with a quick call from the recruiter, who explained the role and provided an introduction to the company and the team. We then scheduled the first stage of the interview, which was with the head of the team and a senior engineer. This was a friendly chat where I discussed my skills and experience, and they shared information about the team and the tech stack.
The second stage was the technical interview, which had two parts: coding and system design. Both parts were relevant to the role and the tech stack, and the experience was seamless.
The final stage focused on culture and behavior. I had the chance to meet the team in person, and it was a pleasant experience. We had a nice chat, and I felt comfortable throughout.
Overall, I enjoyed the interview process and appreciated how well-structured it was.

The interview process was smooth. After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter to discuss the role and my experience.
The first interview was a semi-technical discussion with a manager and a team member. This was followed by two technical stages, including coding and a whiteboarding session. The final stage involved an interview with the manager and a Technical PM.
Throughout the process, everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I also appreciated receiving feedback after each stage, especially the detailed insights provided after the technical assessments.
