My Worst interview experience in my career. I interviewed for the senior Frontend Engineer position, every thing was fine and the feedback was really good, aftee 8 weeks of interviewing, they sent me an offer, I told her I'm excited about the offer and looking forward to join the company, but I asked for an adjustment,and then everything changed the recruiter attitude changed 180 degrees . At the end of the call she told me she will discuss it with the team. 2 days later she got back with a message says that we won't make any adjustment and since you officially rejected our offer then good luck, I sent her multiple emails explaining I didn't reject it, but they ended withdrawing the offer anyway

The interview process starts with a recruiter that asks general questions about you. This is just to access cultural fitness. The next stage is with the hiring manager where you get to ask questions about the company and the role. After that, you'll be asked to complete a task to see your approach to work. After this, you get to meet with the development team.
