I was scheduled for an interview, it was then suddenly rescheduled for a week later, and 1 day before the interview I was sent a rejection email saying the position was already filled? I understand being rejected, but I didn't even have the chance to interview. Why are you scheduling people for interviews when you already have candidates talking to the hiring manager or to whom you have already sent offer letters? As a candidate this is a terrible experience which needs to be worked on.
