I had 7 interviews in total:
- One with the Recruitment team,
- One with the manager for the position
- One with a Team member from the same team
- One with the Rewards manager
- Two with different Business Stakeholders for this position
- Last one with the CHRO
I understand the need for position to meet different key players within the organisation, and myself believe processes need to be robust. However, it would have been nice that the process would be clear from the start (number of interviews) and maybe two players in one interview would make it faster/smoother.
The most disappointing was that at the end of the process, even if I was rejected, I had no feedback provided, more than I wasn't a fit for what they are looking for, after 7 interviews.
As a HR professional myself, I find really important to provide constructive feedback after a lengthy process like this one.
